Who is bod for?

Let’s learn the basics. With a close eye on your form, you will be more mindful of your body and feel stronger in everything you do.

Working so hard without results? It may be because traditional fitness has given very little though to how your body adapts as a woman. Work smarter, not hard, with training tailored specifically to your needs.

Personal training is for you. Moving through the world without strength makes you far more susceptible to injury than strength training. Set your own pace and threshold. Ask every question that crosses your mind. Understand body mechanics and use imagery to use them optimally. Let me watch you closely and make sure everything goes smoothly.

Tell me what you need. I’ll do the programming and the research. I’ll set up the space and provide equipment. I’ll put on a great playlist and motivate you to continue. Just show up and try. You will be proud of the results.
