    Your period-having years. Hormones fluctuate with regularity and we can track and train accordingly.

    *For some, this is characterized as your fertile years, but I recognize that not all women can get pregnant nor do all women choose to get pregnant.

  • peri

    In your 30’s, 40’s, or 50’s, hormone levels will soar and divebomb without warning. Perimenopause symptoms may leave you feeling out of control and unlike yourself. Exercise is the best treatment without negative side effects.

  • Post

    You don’t have a menstrual cycle, but you’re sure not done yet. Find yourself back in your body and maintain independence by staving off osteoporosis, sarcopenia, and heart disease.
